Purpose

Elite Faces is committed to maintaining professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and responsible handling of client information throughout every stage of the concierge experience.

While Elite Faces operates as a non-medical concierge and coordination company and may not be considered a HIPAA-covered entity in all circumstances, we recognize the sensitive nature of aesthetic surgery, recovery coordination, and personal client information.

These protocols are designed to help protect client privacy, maintain confidentiality, and support secure communication practices.

 

 

1. Confidential Client Information

Elite Faces may receive or coordinate sensitive information including:

• client names,

• contact information,

• consultation details,

• recovery information,

• travel arrangements,

• photographs voluntarily provided by clients,

• scheduling information,

• and other private or sensitive information related to concierge services.

All information shall be treated with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

 

 

2. Non-Medical Concierge Services

Elite Faces is a non-medical concierge and coordination service.

Elite Faces does not:

• provide medical treatment,

• diagnose conditions,

• prescribe medications,

• or make medical decisions.

All medical records, diagnoses, treatment plans, and healthcare decisions remain solely between the client and licensed healthcare providers.

 

 

3. Information Access

Access to confidential information shall be limited to:

• authorized Elite Faces personnel,

• approved contractors,

• and trusted service providers

only when reasonably necessary to perform concierge coordination services.

All team members, contractors, nurses, and vendors handling sensitive information may be required to sign confidentiality agreements.

 

 

4. Secure Communication Practices

Elite Faces makes reasonable efforts to protect client information through:

• password-protected systems,

• secure devices,

• limited-access communication,

• encrypted platforms when appropriate,

• and confidentiality-focused operational practices.

Clients understand that:

• email,

• text messaging,

• and electronic communications

may not always be completely secure.

Clients may choose preferred communication methods whenever reasonably possible.

 

 

5. Client Authorization

Elite Faces may coordinate communication with:

• surgeons,

• medical practices,

• recovery vendors,

• wellness providers,

• transportation companies,

• and related service providers

only as reasonably necessary to provide requested concierge services.

Clients acknowledge and consent to limited information sharing required for coordination purposes.

 

 

6. Photography & Media

Client photographs, testimonials, recovery images, or personal information shall never be shared publicly without prior written consent.

Elite Faces respects the highly personal and private nature of aesthetic procedures and recovery experiences.

 

 

7. Confidentiality Expectations

All Elite Faces personnel, contractors, recovery partners, and associated vendors are expected to:

• maintain client confidentiality,

• avoid unauthorized disclosure,

• protect sensitive information,

• and conduct themselves professionally and discreetly.

 

 

8. Data Retention & Storage

Elite Faces retains client information only as reasonably necessary for:

• concierge coordination,

• operational purposes,

• legal compliance,

• and client service continuity.

Information no longer needed may be securely deleted or destroyed when appropriate.

 

 

9. Incident Response

In the event Elite Faces becomes aware of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of confidential information, reasonable efforts will be made to:

• investigate the issue,

• mitigate potential harm,

• and address the situation appropriately.
