2. No Physician-Patient Relationship

4. No Guarantee of Results
Elite Faces makes no guarantees regarding:

recovery timelines,

aesthetic results,

complication risks,
-
or client satisfaction related to any medical procedure or provider.
All surgical procedures carry inherent risks, which should be discussed directly with licensed medical professionals.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

communicate directly with their physician regarding medical concerns,

follow medical instructions provided by licensed healthcare providers,

maintain responsibility for all healthcare decisions,

6. Payments & Fees
Fees for concierge services will be communicated separately through invoices, proposals, or service agreements.

and services may not begin until payment is received.

7. Cancellation Policy
